Chocolate Macaron

RaVito almond flour: 125 g
Powdered sugar: 250 g
Cocoa powder: 15 g
Egg whites: 110 g
Sugar: 50 g

Whip the egg whites with sugar until medium peaks form. Mix RaVito almond flour, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder, then fold into the whipped egg whites. Pipe the mixture onto a silicone mat and tap the tray a few times to release air bubbles. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to form a skin.
Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes (adjust based on your oven).
