Cookies with RAVITO

RaVito Almond/Hazelnut/Walnut/Pistachio - Flour: 130 g
Powdered sugar: 70 g
Wheat flour: 200 g
Butter: 200 g
Egg: 150 g

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until a homogeneous dough forms. Chill the dough. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface using a rolling pin. Use a cookie cutter to shape the dough into cookies.

Place the cookies on parchment paper. Bake at 180°C until golden brown. Let the cookies cool.

Decorate each cookie with tempered chocolate in a grid pattern using a piping bag.
